Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the poveyes.com website and the Poveyes mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Poveyes ("we", "us"). By browsing the website, using the app, or creating a store-owner or admin account, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Poveyes helps people discover local stores through short, first-person (POV) videos. A listing on Poveyes is not an endorsement, and doesn't imply the business has partnered with us unless we say so on the listing itself.

Browsing the app and website doesn't require an account. Store owners can claim or register a listing, and admins manage the platform, through dedicated accounts. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• If you're a business owner, you can claim your listing, correct inaccurate information, or request that your listing be removed — see our Support page.
• Video content we produce for a store as part of a paid shoot remains usable by that store on its own channels; we retain the right to feature it on Poveyes as part of the listing.
• We may update, reorder, feature, or remove any listing at our discretion, including to correct errors, respond to a removal request, or maintain the quality of the directory.

You agree not to:

• Bulk-extract data from the Service by automated means
• Submit false information about a business you don't represent
• Interfere with the Service's normal operation or attempt to bypass its security
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep listings accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that any store's information, hours, availability, or video content is complete, current, or error-free. Visit or contact a business directly to confirm anything time-sensitive before you rely on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poveyes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from your interactions with any store or third party discovered through it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or a specific account, at any time — including for violating these Terms or at a store owner's request to remove their own listing.

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
